Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Act as a primary technical resource for the sales team, engaging with prospective clients to understand their network security needs and challenges.
• Solution Design : Develop and present tailored Security solutions, including firewalls, MFA, SASE, SSE, EDR, XDR, and other security technologies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Technical Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions to showcase the value of our network security solutions.
• Proposal Development : Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Security Technologies, with a strong background in Presales engineering or a related technical role.
• Technical Skills : Deep understanding of networks and security concepts, technologies, and best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and threat management.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and other teams to achieve common goals and drive successful outcomes.
• Customer Focus : Demonstrated experience in understanding and addressing customer needs, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
